With the rapid advancement of generative AI, more and more companies are exploring and investing in ways to help their customers leverage these technologies. As UX professionals, how can we continue championing the voice of the user so we can build inclusive and accessible products for all users?

This talk will include product team members with diverse roles (including a program manager, UX Designer, and UX Researchers) who will discuss how they have adapted their existing processes to keep diverse users’ needs in mind while building generative AI features for enterprise users at Google. They will also share key wins, challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned in adapting those processes.
