Video Recording

 

While attending the UXPA International Conference, you may be recorded (including photography, video, and/or audio). These images and recordings may be used in promoting future UXPA conferences or in other UXPA marketing materials. Recordings of most of the sessions will be available after the conference. Your attendance at the UXPA conference implies your consent to be photographed and/or recorded.

Cancellations

 

All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received by email at [email protected] by 5:00 pm ET on May 19th, 2024. All refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee. UXPA will not be able to provide any refunds for requests received after that.

 

Transfers

 

All requests to transfer your registration must be received by email from the original registrant at [email protected] and must have the new registrant copied on the email. Substitutions are subject to a $50 administrative fee and may be made until June 10th, 2024.

 

Payment

 

If paying by Purchase Order, payment must be received within two weeks of your registration date. After the two week period has passed, registration rates are subject to availability and to change without notice.
